No problem, but not liked

Very bad , hotel management not coopertive. Bathroom not clean . No towel

First of all there is no buffet...my booking was with breakfast... Broken bed side lamps.. My room was 1305 My worst experience The pictures of chair i have mention there was no chair like that

I did not even stay the night! I stayed in the room for a bit in the afternoon and came across baby cockroaches. When I returned later in the evening the bigger ones were out and crawling all over the room and across the bed. I would not recommend this hotel and I did not receive any refund.

Very bad service from the receptionist miss MAHA .she was absolutely rude and didn’t know how talk with the client.I booked by trip .com,when I came at reception she told me she didn’t receive any booking by my name .Afterwards,Whenever I told her to communicate with the trip.com she refused and said trip.com is the third party company and she wasn’t authorised to communicate.but always used to a word is (third party )which sounds bad for a company I think,on top of that she told me the weren’t provide personal Amenities (such as toothbrush) later another night shift receptionist provided me this item..actually I am scared she wasn’t maintaining hotel authorities image in her job.I was very disappointed about her attitude.
